Review: Bike Performance Elite Brief with Proflex Max Cup has a winner here in my opinion. This has all of the support and is much more comfortable and better fitting than a jock of which I have literally tried dozens. For proper support you will probably need a size smaller than normal but best to try this for your own comfort. Also suggest that when laundering you use the lowest possible dryer setting to minimize damage and extend life as these have lots of spandex and rubber that will degrade with high heat.
